If you haven’t checked out how I boil to get perfect eggs, then this trick is for you.
It is easy and all you need is ice. Yes, ice. After you boil your eggs and they are done cooking, cool them down quickly with ice. I have tried this with store bought eggs that I just bought and it works. It is important to not let the eggs sit in or run cold water over the eggs to cool. You need ice swirled and stirred around the eggs to quickly cool them off and peel them immediately.
I know there is nothing worse than boiling eggs and trying to peel them when the shell sticks to the egg white and you make a mess out of the egg. Try this ice method and let me know how it works for you.
PS I tried the baking soda and other tricks with no success.
